As a mum of a very energetic toddler I am always looking for new fun activities to do together at home. Getting messy in the kitchen is one thing that I’m really loving now that my daughter is a little older.
Mess is inevitable but it is so much fun, and more importantly it’s a great way for me to introduce new foods and fun ways to incorporate these foods into what she eats day to day.
My daughter loves her fruit, so we recently made a delicious smoothie using lots of fruit and her favourite yoghurt, strawberry Yoplait Petit Miam!

½ cup of Strawberries
Handful of blueberries
1 Tbls of honey
1 Strawberry Yoplait Petit Miam pouch
½ Cup of water
Blitz everything together and serve!
This was so delicious, we both loved it!
We even had a bit left over so I put the excess into ice cream moulds and put them in the freezer for a healthy treat later.
